We are happy to help you change the color, size, picture, or cancel/refund your order. Just fill in your order number, email address, and the changes you want on the Contact Us page as soon as possible. We will only accept order changes/cancellations if the order has not been processed for shipment yet. For customized personalized items, once your item has been successfully shipped, the design has been completed. Canceling or changing it will incur a 50% customization fee for each item.
