Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sobricks.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations/Returns


Given that our personalized products are uniquely crafted to individual specifications, a 50% customization fee is incorporated into the price of each item.


Order Cancellation Process:

  • To request an order cancellation, please submit your request via email with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If the item is damaged, please attach photos of the item to help us process it faster.


Important Notes:

  1. Production begins immediately upon order submission.
  2. For orders that have entered the production phase, a 50% restocking fee per item will be applied if cancellation is requested.
  3. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

This policy is designed to protect the interests of all parties involved. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@sobricks.com.

 

Exclusions from Return and Exchange Policy


Please be advised that our Return and Exchange Policy does not cover the following circumstances, and we reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges in these cases:

  1. Damage Due to Improper Use
    Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or inadequate maintenance
    Wear and tear from normal use
    Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions
  2. Personal Preference
    Changes in customer preference or taste
    Order remorse
    Size or style incompatibility (unless incorrectly described on our website)
  3. Personalized Items
    Due to the custom nature of personalized products, these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
    Exceptions will only be made for items received with manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery
    We strive to provide detailed product descriptions and high-quality items. Please review your order carefully before submission, particularly for personalized items, as these are specifically crafted to your specifications.
  4. sale items or gift cards.
