Ordering Process | How to Transform Your Pet into 3D Custom Bricks?

01 Upload Images

• Upload a complete front-facing photo. The subject should be clear and unobstructed for the best customization effect.

• Ensure the color of the photo is accurate, avoiding large areas of shadows and dark colors.

• Make a distinction between the subject and the background. The background should be as clean as possible, so that the back - end system can more easily identify the object to be generated.

• You can upload multiple images to help designers better grasp the details of pets.

02 Pay Now, Design Starts Immediately

Once we receives your order, designers will be arranged to start the design the custom bricks immediately.

Tips:When placing the order, you can leave notes about the details you expect for the customized bricks and any special points that need attention. We will assign an exclusive designer to carefully design for you on a one-to-one basis.

03 Confirm the Design

Once the custom bricks is completed, we'll notify you via email. You can click through the email to jump to the corresponding page to confirm the bricks. Alternatively, on the web-based platform app.sobricks.com, click "My Account - My Bricks - Go to Confirm".

Meanwhile, the confirmation page allows you to freely adjust the custom bricks. If you want to add or remove some building blocks in certain areas, or change the colors, you can make these adjustments on your own until you are satisfied.

Tips: If you are not satisfied with the custom bricks, you can provide modification suggestions within 3 days, and our designers will make the changes for you.
